Oh, I think there’s a huge value in coaching team members in addition to the business owner or one of the senior directors. So much of the long-term success of a business is dependent upon the effectiveness of the team members. You can’t run a business on your own unless it’s going to stay really small. If you’re going to grow a business, you’re going to need an executive team, you know, the core functions, whether it be marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR and IT as well as the six key elements of it. You can’t do all of that on your own forever. So, as the business grows, you will be recruiting really good people to fill those roles, but they may be really good, but they may not know or understand all that they need to know and understand. Therefore, coaching the team to fully subscribe to the vision and the future of the business is a key part of the development of the business as a whole. So, I think coaching the team is a really helpful part of coaching the business owner and the business as a whole.
